Will my manufacturer warranty still apply?: Yes. Manufacturer warranties remain valid when a licensed contractor installs the door. We're WA-licensed, insured, and bonded.
Do you install doors from Alibaba and AliExpress?: Yes.
What if I'm missing hardware?: We can supply tracks, springs, rollers, and other hardware at fair market rate, added to your install quote.
Will I need a permit?: It depends on your city and the scope. We'll let you know during the quote.
Are you licensed and insured?: Yes — full WA contractor license, general liability, and workman's comp.
Can I have the opener installed too?: Yes, opener installation is an optional add-on.
Do you warranty the door itself?: The door warranty comes from the manufacturer. We warranty our install labor for 1 year.
What's not included?: Permit fees, structural modifications, new electrical to the garage, and paint touch-ups.
